The book I read was When You Reach Me. The author is Rebecca Stead. The genre is science fiction. The main characters are Miranda,Sal,Annemarie,and Marcus. The setting is around school in apartments and at a store. A summary of the book is Miranda and her best friend Sal are walking home when Sal gets punched by a kid for no reason. Then Sal won’t talk to Miranda and Miranda starts getting notes. I would recommend this book because it is really fascinating. I really liked this book!
Coming Home

The characters are Amy, Marion and her Grandpa. The setting is around Heartland a home for horses. Here is a summary of the book when Amy’s mom ends up in a horrible accident. Amy must cling to what she knows and keep Heartland running. She needs to try and help homeless and abused horses. Read the book to find out what happens. I would not recommend this to a friend because it is sad.
Running out of time

Running out of Time is a great book. The characters are Jessie and her mom. The genre is realistic fiction. The setting is around Clifton and Indianapolis. A summary would be Jessie a 13 year old girl lives in 1840 and her mom is a doctor when the town becomes sick with diphtheria and the doctor stops giving out pills and her mom’s remedies don’t help. She sends Jessie on a mission to find a cure. Read the book to find out more. I would recommend this book to a friend bacause it’s one of those books that you don’t want to put down.

Paint the Wind is about a horse that was released and a girl that had lost her mom and dad. Since that had happened she had been living with her grandma on her dad’s side. The grandma believes that the mom killed the dad and that same day they were riding horses. Now she hates horses. If you want to find out more please read the book.

Love You Forever
Love You Forever is about a mother and a kid. the story starts when the kid was born. Then it continues till the boy is a grown man. The mother still rocked her son to sleep singing “I’ll love u forever, i’ll like you always, as long as im living my baby you’ll be.” Later he holds his elderly mother and sings “i’ll love u forever, i’ll like you always, as long as im living my mommy you’ll be” Later the mother passes away and her son, the father of a little girl still sings the song that his mom sung her.

Two friends have their birthday on the same day. On their birthday they aren’t really friends anymore. One of them has a bad birthday. The other has an awesome birthday. Their birthday keeps repeating day after day. They have to work together to go on to a new day. I like this book because two friends have to work together on there 11th birthday.
One Of My Favorite Books

One of my FAVORITE books is King Of The Wind. It is about a horseboy named Agba who is a mute. He has his heart set on a mare who is weakened by the fast of Ramadan. She gives birth to a colt who grows up to be one of the greatest horses EVER. Agba and Sham go to many different homes. I reccommend this book to anyone who loves to read, loves horses, and loves an awesome book.
It is the famous story of the Godolphin Arabian which means ‘God’s Downs.’
